She has been with McDonald’s Philippines for over 16 years and is currently the Managing Director of its 670 strong store network and 65,000 workforce.
She is also Vice President for Ronald McDonald House Charities whose advocacy is children’s well-being with an emphasis on education through its Read To Learn beginning reading program with DepEd that has helped over 12mln children in 10,774 public schools and its Bahay Bulilit learning centers operating in 34 cities together with the LGU and DSWD.
She has been a thought leader in the marketing and communications industry. She has been a 2-time President of both the Philippine Association of National Advertisers (PANA) and Internet and Mobile Marketing Association of the Philippines (IMMAP), where she spearheaded the association to promote the need for digital transformation not just in marketing but for the business overall. She has also been a board member of the Ad Standards Council.
She recently received CEO Excel Awards from IABC (International Association of Business Communicators) last February 2020 as well as Asia Marketing Federation’s Women Marketer of the Year in 2019 and Campaign Asia’s Women Leading Change award in 2018. She was also one of the recipients of PANA’s lifetime achievement award called Gawad Panata – a testament of her marketing leadership and invaluable contribution to the industry.
In 2010, she received the Agora Award for Excellence in Marketing Management from the Philippine Marketing Association. She was also the first Tambuli Chief Marketing Officer of the Year from the University of Asia & the Pacific in 2011.
She has been Jury Chair of Festival of Media Asia in 2017 and served as Spikes Jury for Creative Effectiveness in 2015 and Overall Executive Jury for Tambuli since 2018. She also sits on the APAC Effies Committee.
She was a Professor at McDonald’s Worldwide Hamburger Marketing University from 2013-2016.
Margot has been married to Jet for more than 20 years and has two digital native children who provide her reverse mentoring - Diego and Isabel.

In 2007, she was appointed as the Vice President for Marketing and Product, successfully launching the low-cost airline’s “Go Fares” or year-round low fares, and the airline’s re-fleeting campaign.
For outstanding marketing innovations she launched for Cebu Pacific, she was recognized by Mansmith and Fielders as a Young Market Masters Awardee for Service Marketing in 2007.
A year later, she was appointed as Vice President for Marketing and Distribution, expanding her role to include passenger sales, e-commerce, call center, and ticketing. Her role has continued to evolve with the changing needs of the organization. Currently, she leads the following departments: Marketing, Distribution, Ancillary Revenue, Digital Customer Experience, Customer Care, Analytics, Marketing & Corporate Communications. One of her recent accomplishments was the establishment of a World-class Customer Command Center for Cebu Pacific in 2017 - the first in Asia.
She is a Culture, Transformation & Change champion.
Prior to joining the airline, she set-up Jobstreet Philippines, Inc. (a Joint Venture Company of Summit Media with Jobstreet Malaysia) and served as the General Manager from 1999 until 2003. Her leadership brought the company to a No. 1 position in the Online Recruitment Solutions industry.
In 1997, she was the Marketing Manager for Nabisco Philippines, Inc. where she successfully launched regionally sourced Nabisco Global brands in the Philippines.

Prior to Google, Ken has been in marketing and brand development in Unilever and has served as a Regional Category Vice President in Southeast Asia and Australia, Marketing Director in the Gulf Region and Regional Brand Director in Asia.
He graduated from Ateneo de Manila University with a degree in Management Engineering. Ken is married with 3 kids. Outside of work, Ken loves traveling, reading and trying out new food places .

Prior to Metrobank, Digs was the first Country Director for the Philippines on Facebook. Digs established start-up operations in the Philippines and worked with key business partners, agencies, and stakeholders to help them get more value out of Facebook's solutions. The Facebook Philippines business and team has grown exponentially since launch and Digs has been recognized by the industry for his efforts in growing the expertise of the digital marketing community in the Philippines. He currently serves as External Vice President on the board of directors of the Internet and Mobile Marketing Association of the Philippines. Digs also previously led the IT & Mobile business unit of Samsung Electronics Philippines; where he transformed the business and garnered industry recognition for best practices in marketing & operations. Most notably, the Philippines became one of the top 10 best performing mobile businesses globally in Samsung under his leadership. Digs also brings in 15 years of experience from Unilever where he was globally and regionally recognized for a track record of insightful marketing and leading winning teams. As Regional Director for Hair Care based in Singapore, he led the brand development of South East Asia, Australia, and South Asia market leaders such as Cream Silk in the Philippines, Lifebuoy in Indonesia, and Clinic Plus in India. He also led the successful regional deployment of global brands like Dove, Sunsilk, TRESemmé, and Toni & Guy. As Market Development Director for Unilever Thailand, he turned around the face & body care business of brands such as Ponds and Vaseline to record-breaking growth. Of all the things he has accomplished, Digs is most proud of having mentored dozens of young men and women around the world who are now established leaders making a positive impact and passing on the learnings to a new generation.

Leigh is the President and Chief Product Officer of MullenLowe Philippines and entered the Creative Guild Hall of Fame in 2015. Most recently, she was the lead organizer of the successful Manila Pen Show 2019, with exhibitors from Singapore, Hong Kong, and Malaysia as well as the Philippines.
